This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to coaching, training, online programs, recurring coaching plans, and related services offered by Jordan Joseph Shinji Sias LLC doing business as JJ Soul Strength ("JJ Soul Strength," "we," "us," or "our").

This policy is intended to work alongside any package-specific offer, checkout disclosures, or signed coaching agreement. If a signed agreement gives you greater cancellation rights required by law, the signed agreement and applicable law control.

1. General Rule

Because coaching services reserve time, planning capacity, programming effort, and support access, purchases are generally non-refundable once services have begun, except where required by law or where a written offer expressly states otherwise.

2. Before Services Begin

If you purchase a service and no services have yet been delivered, no intake has started, no programming has been created, and no coaching access has been granted, JJ Soul Strength may, in its discretion or where required by law, provide a full or partial refund.

3. California Cancellation Rights for Covered Contracts

If your purchase is structured as a contract for health studio or training services subject to California consumer protections, you may have statutory cancellation rights that cannot be waived.

Depending on the structure and amount of the contract, these rights may include:

  • a short post-purchase cancellation window
  • extended cancellation rights for certain higher-value contracts
  • cancellation rights related to disability, death, or qualifying relocation
  • prorated refund rights in circumstances required by law

    • JJ Soul Strength will honor cancellation and refund rights that are required by applicable law. Any legally required cancellation notice and refund process should be described in the applicable contract or service agreement.

    4. Recurring Online Coaching and Subscription Plans

    If you enroll in a recurring monthly or other auto-renewing coaching plan:

  • the recurring nature of the plan should be disclosed before purchase
  • you may cancel future renewals using the method described at checkout, in your account, or in your service materials
  • cancellation stops future recurring charges after the current paid period unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law
  • charges already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once that billing period has begun, except where required by law

    • If California automatic renewal law applies, JJ Soul Strength will provide legally required renewal, fee-change, and cancellation disclosures.

    5. Session Packages and Expiration

    Session packages, if offered, may be subject to a stated use period or expiration policy if clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and permitted by law.

    If no specific expiration period is disclosed, unused services remain subject to the signed agreement, reasonable scheduling requirements, and any applicable legal limitations.

    6. Missed Sessions and Rescheduling

    For scheduled in-person or live sessions:

  • 24 hours notice is generally required for cancellation or rescheduling
  • missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged or counted as used sessions, except where prohibited by law or waived by JJ Soul Strength in writing
  • emergency exceptions may be handled case by case

    • 7. Digital Products, Downloads, and Immediate-Access Materials

    If JJ Soul Strength offers digital guides, downloads, templates, or materials delivered immediately upon purchase, those items are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the materials have been delivered, except where required by law.

    8. Minor Participants

    If services are purchased for a minor, the parent or legal guardian who entered into the agreement is responsible for cancellation requests, payment obligations, and any applicable notice requirements, unless otherwise required by law.

  • full name
  • email used for purchase
  • service or package purchased
  • purchase date
  • reason for cancellation, if applicable

    • A cancellation request is not effective until received through an approved channel.

    10. Refund Timing

    If a refund is approved or required by law, it will generally be issued to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period, subject to payment processor timing.

    11. No Waiver of Rights

    Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.
